1.    Abigail Brooks (m. Cameron)
On the twenty ninth day of November in the year of our Lord  one thousand eight hundred and sixty three I did bury Abigail (Lester?/Dexter?) Brooks, the wife of Angus Cameron, who departed this life on the twenty fourth day of November one thousand eight hundred and sixty three (1863). She died in the Township of Lochiel, Canada West and was buried on the farm of Marshal(?) Brooks in the township of Low Canada East. See folio eleventh of register returned to Prothonotary.

2.                   Mary Motherwell (m. Gordon)
Mary Motherwell, the wife of Wynne Gordon died on the thirtieth day of July aged fifty four and was buried by me in the Wmstead burying ground near Alywin on the first day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four. She died at her late residence in Hull. See folio eight of the register returned to the Prothonotary

3.                   Catherine Kirk (m. Stevenson)

Catherine Kirk, the wife of John Stevenson, died on the tenth of November, aged fifty one years and was buried by me in the Protestant burying ground in Old Chelsea on the twelth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four. She died at her late residence in the Township of Hull in the County of Ottawa. See folio twelth of (illegible, paper worn away) register returned to the Prothonotary.

4.                   Thomas R. Gibson

Thomas R. Gibson, died on the fourteenth day of January, aged fifty six, and was buried by me in the burying ground near Mr. (Illegible) Moncreiffs on the sixteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five. He died in the house of Mrs. Cates of Wakefield.

5.                   Ruggles Church Wright

Ruggles Church, the son of Stephen Wright and his wife, Caroline Knopp, died on the seventeenth day of January and was buried by me on the twentieth day of January in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five in the Wakefield Protestant burying ground. Mr. Henry Nesbit died on the eight day of April aged (blank) and was buried by me on the tenth day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five in the burying grounds on the Farm of Mr. Thomas Reilly in Masham. See folio fourth of Registers returned to Prothonotary.

On the eighty day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five Donald Wood (very faint) of the Township of Masham, died aged fifty three years, and was buried by me in the Masham Protestant Burying ground on the tenth day of July in the same year. On the first of November in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five, James Mullen who died on the thirtieth of October, was buried by me in the Wakefield Protestant burying ground. He died in the home of his brother Samuel Mullen who resides in Wakefield. See folio sixteenth of small register.

Martha Henderson Somerville relict of the late James Somerville died at the residence of Mr. Samuel Gibson junior, of Masham Township in the eighty eight year of her aged as near as could be ascertained, on the fifteenth day of March and was buried by me in the burying ground near the Presbyterian Church in Masham on the seventeenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six. She had no relatives in this part of the country since the death of her husband.
